Memberships & Digital Access
Ruby Red Velvet membership begins with a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, payments are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you'll retain access until then.
Flowers, Cakes & Perishable Gifts
Because flowers, cakes in a jar, and other perishable items are made-to-order and time-sensitive, they are non-refundable once dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from the product page, email us within 24 hours of delivery at RubyRedVelvet@genxtechco.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Candles & Non-Perishable Gifts
Unopened, undamaged candles and gift sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
How to Request a Refund
Email RubyRedVelvet@genxtechco.com with your order number and a brief description. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
