Processing Time

Orders are prepared with care. Flowers and cakes in a jar are made-to-order and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Candles and gift sets dispatch within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited shipping (US): 2–3 business days after dispatch
Same-day local delivery: available in select metros — check at checkout

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Free standard shipping is available on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

International Orders

We currently ship perishables within the United States only. Candles and non-perishable gift sets can ship internationally — recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking & Issues

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email RubyRedVelvet@genxtechco.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
